Charles, his wife Tina, and their two children, Jonathan and Alexis, currently reside in Southern California. He is the creator of the Idea Camp. Charles is also the lead cultural catalyst and pastor for New Hope in Torrance and Los Angeles. In addition, he is the vice-president and founding member of JustOne, a non-profit organization committed to addressing issues of poverty, orphans, and human trafficking (modern-day slavery). Charles regularly speaks at seminars and conferences on topics such as culture & ministry, leadership, philosophy, theology, and social justice.
